How to Use
① Select / Record Audio File
You can upload recorded video/audio, or record online meetings on Zoom or Teams in a separate tab. mocoVoice can cover various formats of meetings.
Registering internal terminology also improves transcription accuracy!
② 1 Hour of Audio Transcribed in About 5 Minutes!
The transcription results are displayed with speakers diarized. Filler words like "um" and "uh", which are unnecessary for meeting minutes, are removed by default.
③ Edit Transcription Results
Speaker names and transcription content can be edited with an intuitive UI. You can edit while automatically playing back the corresponding part of the audio. Audio and transcription results can be downloaded in your specified format!
④ Create Meeting Minutes from Transcriptions!
You can create meeting minutes in a specified format from the transcription. Comes standard with "General Format", "Q&A Format", "Action-Oriented Format", "Simple Format", and "Speaker-by-Speaker Summary Format". You can also upload your own original format!
